PUPPIES

We realize these dogs are a huge financial commitment that we do not take lightly. Anyone who can afford a dog at this level is extremely busy, so we offer a true concierge experience. Have Dominion doesn’t just offer your run of the mill, eight to ten week old puppy, but a  true protection dog that is a highly socialized, loyal, and  loving part of your family. All you need to add is love!

Pickup: With our protection and service dogs, it is mandatory that you attend a two day (protection dog) or one day (service dog) introductory workshop, which is included in your purchase. There are two options for completing the workshop: you are welcome to come to our Alabama facility and complete the workshop days here or, for the cost of travel, we will come to you. This process ensures the success of both your new relationship and your dog’s new job. With a pet purchase, there is no workshop required.

Registration: If you are looking for a show dog, AKC registration is what you should seek out. If you are looking for a true working dog, whether they’re functioning as a service dog or willing to lay down their life for your family, you’ve come to the right place. We register our dogs with the ICCF because we feel that best represents the longstanding European bloodlines of our dogs. They are the oldest Cane Corso registry in the world and the most complete stud book in the United States. As part of our “puppy concierge” service, we handle all of the ICCF registration paperwork and cost.

A protection dog must have an extremely high drive. This full potential cannot be determined until the puppy is between six and twelve months old. From the day the pups are born, we are analyzing their drive and personality to determine which ones have what it takes to be a protection dog from Have Dominion Family Farms. Because of this process, we don’t sell any of our puppies until this grading is complete. If there are any puppies that don’t have the drive and personality to go into our Protection or Service Dog Programs, we will sell them as family pets at this time. These dogs do not come with breeding rights, but they do come having been socialized in retail stores, restaurants, and other busy public spaces, introduced to other dogs, cats, horses, and other farm animals. They can walk on a leash, sit, stay, lie down, and will be crate trained.
